I am so very grateful to the Heather and the staff at DFW Senior Care. We contacted them at a time when our Mom's health required more care and safety and I needed someone to care for her while I did routine things outside the house like grocery shopping, etc. The primary workers that we have had have been wonderful; nurturing, caring and have gone the extra mile in so many ways. Heather and her staff are always easy to reach and eager to fill our care needs. Recently I became ill and required a hospital stay and recovery period - - I don't know what we would have done without DFW Senior Care. In addition, the helper we had over the last few months, has done extensive cleaning and laundry as well as helped my Mom with her exercises and showering needs. Where do I even begin? DFW Sr Care has been an excellent agency & care, right from the start for my elderly grandmother. We have been with many agencies in the past years. This agency is on top of it, they always communicate with us for everything. The communication is the biggest factor! I appreciate the communication.
